Metal stamping machine is used to shape metal products. It is important to give metal products perfect shape and parameter. The machine does the same. The process begins when a metal sheet is inserted into the machine. The machine moulds those sheets in exact shape. When metal sheets are given a perfect shape they become products. The other functions that the machine performs are forming wire, blanking, deep drawing etc. There are different types of stamping machine. One of the types is four slide parts. This type of machine is used for horizontal die applications for multiple directions.  This machine tool is used in high volume manufacturing of small stamped components from strip or wire stock. The metal products are used in day to day life, knowingly and unknowingly in many works. Coil springs are metal products. These are the mechanical devices which store and then release energy to maintain a force between contacting surfaces. These are elastic material in helix shape. These return to the natural length when are unloaded. These are used in vehicles as well. Coil springs of a vehicle are removed from vehicle’s suspension. The process consist pair of spreadable jaws mounted on a through bolt. To engage the coil springs, jaws are spread by inserting tool inside. Bolt is turned to compress the spring. This process is reversed until it is unloaded safely.
